Super excited once again to be with you guys for another episode of The Black Men Vent Too Podcast. A podcast that advocates for mental health of ALL men, while emphasizing the mental health of our own brothers . We pray that overtime the city embraces our platform and our brand in hopes that we help another black man be able to vent, and share their story behind their mental health . Today’s guest is no stranger of winning the “big game”. A young coach, teacher and educator, father, by the name of Kenyon Garner joins us on today’s show! He stands pridefully as the East Nashville Middle School Girls Basketball Coach, 🏀 got a few awards and accolades to show for it, and has coaching experience in other facets. Coach Kenny also is pretty handy in the kitchen, 🍗 as he also has a catering business that has fed many across the city . On today’s episode, he vents about just how important it is for black (our) people to be mentally stable. Being a coach, a father, and all the roles he possesses , Kenny says that a lot of his mental health challenges are balanced once he is able to reunite with his kids.
