On this episode of The Curiosity Podcast we have Jessica Song, a 16-year-old neuroscience enthusiast and researcher at UBC. She is on a mission to revolutionize Alzheimer's treatment and talks to us about building projects at a young age, the value of networking, and her aspirations for the future.
Level up with Jessica's three action items:
1. Write down your biggest failure. Reflect on how it affected you, how you learned from it, and what you could have done to either prevent it or react to it in a different way.
2. Write down the name of the person you would want to have dinner with. Why so? What character traits or skills do they have that you admire? How can you build those skills/character traits?
3. Reflect on what motivates you to achieve your goals. How can you keep this in mind when you lack motivation / discipline?
