As a survivor of sex trafficking, domestic violence, homelessness, and drug addiction, Robin has been out of “the life” for 15 years. She is now passionate about giving back and empowering other vulnerable women. She has worked in various non-profit organizations with different populations. She has dedicated her life to victims of sexual exploitation and domestic violence as an advocate, mentor and outreach worker.
Robin graduated in 2020 with an Associates Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Substance Abuse. She holds numerous certifications : Healthcare worker, Recovery Coach, Peer Support, Ending The Game group facilitator, Narcan distributor, and HIV/Hep C tester. She is also an active member of NECAT’s (New England Coalition Against Trafficking) Survivor Network and is also a public speaker and trainor. Lastly, she resides in Rhode Island and enjoys spending time with her family, especially with her beautiful 4 yr old granddaughter Aviana.
