The multi-award winning Hebridean Celtic Festival (HebCelt) has been a key feature in the cultural landscape of the Outer Hebrides since 1996. Forced to reinvent their festival, as so many others have had to do, they are presenting their Survival Sessions online over 14-17 July 2021.
