Why do you crave sugar at certain times? Why do those cravings feel out of control? And what to do about it? 

Today's episode is all about sugar, sugar cravings, why the heck we have sugar cravings in the first place, and how your body responds to it on a physiological level. We look at the polarity of foods and activities in our daily lives and how that impacts our cravings, the blood sugar roller coaster - what it is - and the role different hormones such as insulin and glucagon play in the process.
