2022: A year of Wholeness, Completeness, Fullness, and Sufficiency
Our revelation of Who God is must progress and further understanding and comprehension of what God has revealed to us.
“Wholeness”, Meaning:
1. The condition of being sound in the body.
▪ Be reminded of the spiritual benefit.
▪ What do we believe? We don’t need to tell God what we feel in our bodies. Be reminded of the sacrificial work of Christ on the Cross.
▪ Make up your mind. Be settled in the heart and mind of the Word of God -→ this is the report that He tells us. We need to decide to believe. Do not be twisted. Do not be deceived.
2. It contains all components: Complete. Not divided or disjointed. Not wounded, injured, or impaired.
▪ Wholeness is the quality of being complete or a single unit and not broken and divided into parts--- the QUALITY of having WHOLENESS and harmony in MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT.
▪ An entity or system made up of interrelated parts.
▪ BELIEVE AND SEE.
▪ Isaiah 55:11 – No word spoken by God will return to Him void.
3. The state of being perfectly well in body, soul (mind, will, emotions), and spirit.
▪ “State” – the quality of being without restriction, exception, or qualification. The date does not matter.
▪ Perfectly well in spirit, soul, and body, means:
1. Perfect in the spirit. – 1 Thessalonians 5:23
- Our sanctification is complete.
- We cannot defeat the devil full time when we are living a part-time Christian life. Our life must be 24/7 for Christ.
- Unless our spirit, soul and body are in full agreement with God and His Word, we will never be well in our state.
2. Perfect in the soul. – Philippians 2:12
- Work out your own salvation. Exercise by perfectly aligning our soul (will, emotions and intellect) with the Spirit. Guard our hearts and mind so that there will be no confusion spiritually.
- Talk to your soul— emotion – how we should feel pertaining to every aspect of our lives.
- 1 John 3:8 –The purpose why Jesus was manifested—is to destroy the works of the devil.
- Romans 12:2 – be transformed by the renewing of the mind.
- Fix our soul and fix anything in the flesh.
- Colossians 2:10 – our completeness is in Jesus and not in religious rituals.
- 2 Corinthians 3:5 – Our sufficiency comes from God.
3. Perfect in the body. - 1 Corinthians 12:12
- The body itself is a whole unit made up of many parts.
- Our whole self was created to function as a complete unit.
- Our completeness is through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus.
Make readjustments of our thinking. We must do something!
