In elementary school we would play a game called follow the leader. It was the job of everyone to follow whatever the designated leader did. In order to be successful at the game you had to pay close attention to the leader to make sure that you imitate and emulate every action of the leader.
But I want to take a different approach that maybe the world is struggling because there aren’t enough leaders to follow. Maybe those that are called to lead are so consumed with distractions that they have suppressed the leader in them.
Ask yourself, what kind of leader am I? How am I leading my family in a healthy way? How am I leading my children to be productive? Am I leading my community in union and with peace? Am I bringing positivity? Am I bringing change? Am I producing the better out of others?
