The Colossians had been urged to keep walking in Christ. If they would do so, they would be rooted and built up in Christ, stablished in the Gospel and abounding with thanksgiving. As they would walk daily in Christ, they needed to be aware of philosophies and empty deceptions that would manipulate them away from all they had in Jesus Christ. May we also stay alert so that we can enjoy the completeness that we have in our Savior.
