Description

Hello, hello, hello! Today we have a conversation with the always wonderful, La-Ontra Bacon. We discussed her childhood and what makes her story so unique, our time spent together at the Governor's School of North Carolina (West is Best!!), La-Ontra's close experiences with colorism and how she has tackled them, and the many ways she had to advocate for herself when others wouldn't. I loved hearing her perspective on reality television and why she believes there are many benefits in the genre -- maybe one day we will see her hosting a reunion special! It was truly a pleasure getting to talk with La-Ontra, we've been great friends since the first day we met and I am honored to help her share her story. I hope you enjoy!! Really wishing you were here. I love you and, until next time, bye for now.

The guests you'll here from are the people that I most love and adore, and together we explore that very question. Maybe one day you will be next. Now, it's time to dig a little deeper.
