SEASON 3 / EPISODE 12: Community oriented visual artist Jordan Parks took a quick break from the surf to sit down and chat bike stories for the final episode of Season 3. From her first memories of receiving the pure magic of a Lion King bike at the age of 5, through her most recent bike-packing adventure across New England, Jordan has a very wonderful and happy connection to bikes. We hear fun stories of learning about the “turnaround point” while riding with her mom as a kid, to being a pedicab operator while attending college at MassArt, and how she’s found “her people” and a great home base living in Maine. Jordan is also an amazing visual artist, surfer, adventurer, tinkerer and advocate for making riding bikes accessible and approachable for everyone. She even brought along a surprise guest — Gordie the dog — to keep Louie the dog company as they played in the background.
