Cynthia Perkins a middle school teacher and Dennis Perkins a Swat Commander with the Livingston Parish Police Department sound like they should be a match made for the community. Instead they were a match to spark the flames of evil. With over 100 counts of child pornography, rape, & sexual abuse of minors. Abuse of an animal.
