Welcome to Episode 3 darling. This week I have the honour of speaking with Tania Danielle, who is an Emotional Eating Therapist. From helping people to start listening to their bodies, quit dieting, stop emotionally eating, and finding what we all want... food freedom! All without dieting or giving up the foods that you love.
Tania is a former amateur bikini competitor, and ex substance abuser when it comes to drugs, and alcohol. As well as someone who never had a good relationship with food. Learning from a young age to count calories, and to always focus on the scales.
In 2006 she ended up in hospital due to her lifestyle, and in hindsight it was the best thing that happened to her. It gave her the kick up the arse to sort her life out. Resulting in being ‘clean/sober’ for around 13 years.
However afterwards she got into health and fitness. A much healthier life style, but she hadn’t dealt with her inner demons. Her anxiety was through the roof, so naturally she swapped her addiction to another source: food. Through a lot of internal work, and help from experts Tania now supports others to quit dieting, manage their emotions, and to have a healthy happy relationship with themselves, and food.
