You awaken to the stinging light of fluorescent industrial bulbs, the mildew stench of an abandoned building, and the subtle pounding of a chemically induced headache. Where are you? Last thing you remember you were in an underground building listening to John, Ryan, and Dixon talk about Vertigo, but this is definitely not that building. Then it hits you. Something about the end of Vertigo hinted at this. That's right! You remember seeing someone who looked suspiciously like Takeshi Kitano sipping a sake patiently in the corner of the underground lounge, checking his watch for the entire episode; after the wrap up, everything started to feel hazy and then it all went pitch black. You look around you and notice John, Ryan, and Dixon are also present. Turns out you've all been volunteered for The Underground Table's Discussion Royale. The person who looks like (but is not legally) Takeshi Kitano stands before you and deems you and observer of John, Ryan, and Dixon as they discuss Battle Royale to the death*, and this dingy school --probably located on an island devoid of all life-- is where it's all going to go down. When everyone is given a duffle bag stuffed with opinions and random logic, anything can be thrown on the table, so stuff your explosive collars with tissue paper and hope some nerds hack you out of this school. It's time for the second episode! It might even get so heated that the Table itself comes to life and contributes a few pieces of wisdom, you'll just have to listen to find out. *or whenever they reach an amicable and satisfying conclusion in the episode
