Welcome back to New Tip Daily, episode #26 thanks for joining me today, my name is Rafael. Planning is one of the most critical aspects of staying relevant in today's markets. What events have you planned for your business? There is so much to running a successful business, here are just a few of the things we must do as a business to have a successful year: Marketing, sales, meeting, events, outreach programs, new customer acquisition, gatherings, parties, team building, and employee functions.
Allow me to share my yearly success plans which are planned at the end of December for the following years. I sit down with staff and go through each month and we ask questions that will make that particular month a successful one. Each month is planned accordingly based on functions holidays and so on. We decide what functions will make the most impact to benefit our clients and our financial goals. We go through a detailed list of what each activity requires. We then start to delegate who will be in charge of each of the aspects necessary to have a successful event. Some events are not based on financial gain, but in the longevity of the business.
