Welcome back to New Tip Daily, episode #23 thanks for joining me today, my name is Rafael. Today's tip is about joining a gym and which gym is the best one for you to join. I visited 4 gyms and my thoughts on each one. Each gym was relatively close to my home.
These are the 4 gyms I went to. 1 planet fitness 2 LA fitness 3 push Fitness 4 which was the last one blink fitness. Each Gym had its own qualities that I liked. They all had free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. Starting with Blink Fitness, it was just a regular gym with regular equipment nothing special, a locker room, and showers. It had a Free weight area and everything else was just weight machines, the one I went to was on the second floor. Next was LA fitness nobody was at the front desk when I went there, so I gave myself a tour. It had a basketball court, swimming pool, showers, and locker rooms. Free weight area, five racquetball courts pretty decent Gym. Then I went to Push fitness.....and finally Planet Fitness.
