Welcome back to New Tip Daily, episode #25 thanks for joining me today, my name is Rafael. I am joined by Gino Perrotte, Gino will shares some great tips on New Tip Friday to Overcome the Fear of Judgment: Recognize the Difference Between Fact vs. Interpretation
Do you avoid getting feedback? Does the fear of being judged keep you from putting yourself out there to be seen and heard? Feeling judged usually isn’t a fun experience for most of us. And when we don’t feel good about something, we can be motivated to distance ourselves from the source of judgment whether it’s someone else or even our own selves.
Though this may be an understandable response, we can miss out on important insights. By learning to stay engaged through the discomfort of judgment, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and a better perspective of those around us.
Gino will talk about the difference between fact vs. interpretation. This tip can empower us to manage our mindset and emotional response to judgment.
