How can you stand out when you first meet someone in person or even online? Let's explore your elevator pitch or speech. Tuesday we covered rewriting your perfect Pitch or speech and how to stop delivering the same presentation over and over without adding variety in order to make each one unique. Then we asked if your speech was new or old in reality it would be new to someone who never heard it before and that's great but let's consider someone who heard your speech not once but 6, 7, or maybe 20 times and they probably know what's coming! How engaged will they be? So again I ask New or old? How to avoid people thinking what you have to offer is old news! How long should you keep using the same speech or presentation until people stop listening? On Wednesday we covered finding the workout regimen that's right for you. You know you need or should get into a fitness program but are not sure how to go about it or even which one to get into. We even covered how to select the one that's right for you. Wearable technology. Devices such as fitness trackers, smartwatches, and heart rate monitor count steps and track heart rate, calories, sitting and sleep time, blood pressure, and respiratory rate.
