This might be a combination of things: ice baths, physiotherapist or specialist sports massage, nutritional supplements, compression - the list goes on.
Recovery protocols in fitness are techniques and strategies used to help the body recover and adapt after exercise. Recovery protocols are essential for achieving optimal performance and preventing injuries.
There are several recovery protocols that fitness enthusiasts and athletes can follow to help their bodies recover after a workout. These include:
