Welcome back to New Tip Daily, episode #44 thanks for joining me today, my name is Rafael. today we recap on this week's tips: but first my good friend Dane Dormio sent me a great tip. Here's Dane's tip: You can create the reality you want from the inside out by consciously using your body, breath, and mind together to regulate your state from moment to moment. Wow, what a great tip, thank you Dane for the tip! It's important to remember that our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations are interconnected and can affect each other. By becoming aware of and managing these elements, we can actively shape our reality and improve our overall well-being.

On Monday the subject was effective business communication, but in reality Effective communication truly involves active listening, the ability to understand and respond to the needs and concerns of others, and doing your best to interpret what they are saying and what message are they trying to convey to you and vise versa.  Tuesday we spoke about Friendships and how they affect our lives.  My mom used to say show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are, wow.  That was a message I never listened to until I realized that my friends either held me down or lifted me up.  Take a moment and do a friend assessment.  Are they truly a friend? Finally yesterday we spoke about the first food we eat on any given day, most people call it breakfast, but what if your first meal is at noon?  Would you still call it breakfast? LOL. I also mentioned fasting.  Breaking fast refers to the act of ending a period of fasting, typically done during the morning hours. Fasting is the practice of abstaining from food or certain types of food for a certain period of time.
