Welcome back to New Tip Daily episode #13 thanks for joining me today, My name is Rafael. Today's topic hits home for lots of people. People are either looking to lose weight or gain weight. Where are you on your journey? No matter where you are you need to know where you're going and what will happen when you get there. What goals do you have and how do you plan on implementing them?
Which food is best for weight gain? Mostly all foods can aid in gaining weight.
If you’re underweight and looking to gain weight, it’s very important to do it right. Conversely, if you are looking to lose weight, it’s very important to do it right.
Consuming soda, donuts, and other junk foods may help you gain weight initially, but it can increase your risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other possible illnesses.
A healthier approach to gaining or losing weight involves gaining a balanced amount of muscle mass and subcutaneous fat rather than a lot of unhealthy belly fat. Subcutaneous fat, or the fat located under the skin, stores energy. How much you have can depend on genetics as well as lifestyle factors like physical activity and diet.
Making a few simple lifestyle changes, such as exercising and sitting less, can make a big difference.
Even small adjustments, such as taking a walk after dinner instead of watching TV, working out or walking during your lunch break can counter weight gain.
