Taking full responsibility means realising that for every experience you have in life, you recognise that your own actions & beliefs have created this outcome and reality. It means being accountable for your own actions and your part to play in any given situation. Rather than pointing your finger or blaming someone else, you take ownership of the situation. Once you are no longer the victim of the situation, and you understand that you have also played a part, you can start to formulate a plan to take action in changing the situation.



How can you take full responsibility?



Today I share a few different ideas of how you can start to take full responsibility and implement changes.



1. You recognise and speak up for the part you played in the situation and the resultant outcomes

2. You don't make excuses

3. You don't point fingers & blame others

4. You are open to review how your actions are contributing to a situation and willing to make changes, listen to others opinions & suggestions, and implement an action plan to change the situation or future situations



Is there anywhere in your business or life where you need to step up & take responsibility? Even where there can be consequences for speaking up, once you do take responsibility, changes can start to be made and you are no longer the victim, but can become the VICTOR.
