About Jorge Abreu:
Jorge Abreu has been investing in real estate for over 15 years now. He started in single-family and small multifamily properties and worked his way up to large multifamily properties with over 100 units. Jorge has wholesaled over 200 single-family properties, fixed and flipped more than 150. He developed and completed several new development projects over 20-million dollars in ground-up construction.
Jorge is the CEO of Elevate Commercial Investment Group and JNT Construction. JNT Construction focuses on helping multifamily investors with their due diligence and full renovations. He is based out of Dallas and currently owns properties in Texas, Oklahoma, and South Dakota but is also open to other areas.
His goal is to reach 10,000 doors by the end of 2022 by creating strategic partnerships and implementing the proper systems in place for scalability. He is focused on growing his network and locating more co-general partners, passive investors, and clients for his construction company. He is always looking forward to adding value and helping others reach their goals.
