Branton is the founding principal of AOM Enterprises, focused on acquiring and stabilizing value-add multifamily properties throughout primary and secondary markets in Texas. He and his two business partners recently completed a full reposition of a 16-unit property in north Texas, successfully implementing all stages of the Buy Right, Finance Right, and Management Right process, while overcoming the many challenges of investing remotely.
Branton resides in Las Vegas, NV with his wife and one-year-old son. In addition to family life, w-2 job, and military reserve duty, Branton works tirelessly to scale AOM Enterprise’s holdings in an effort to reach his goal of matching his w-2 salary from passive sources by the close of 2020.
