Welcome to a new format of the Pole Strong podcast :-) I've wanted to go solo for a little while and provide small bitesize chunks of information on a particular subject to help you navigate your way through the fitness world!

As an Online Strength & Conditioning Coach, I help so many people but the questions I receive from my clients, students and followers are all the same. So having the information in one place, will hopefully really help you :)
