Jeff is Married with 2 great boys and resides in Green Bay WI. He's the founder of his side project company, Dream Bay Services, LLC. where he hopes to spread his love of Human Safety through a variety of personal and social media interactions, and Outreach Business Consulting. Jeff is a 10 Years Active-Duty Veteran from the US Air Force with one long tour in Iraq – Entered service in 2002 - Medically Retired in 2012 as Honorable under medically Disabled conditions. He is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a B.S. in Business Management and a minor in Lean Manufacturing. He leveraged his experience from the military coupled with his schooling in multiple Manufacturing, Construction and Consulting environments in WI over the last 10 years, including acquiring and maintaining the OSHA 501 certification to Instruct the OSHA 10- & 30-Hour General Industry class. As if that wasn't enough, he also has over 11 years of volunteer leadership work with the Boy Scouts Of America, including being Troop Master of Troop 1172 in Green Bay. As a veteran, he's also active in Veterans organizations like the Disabled American Veterans, (DAV), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Desert Veterans of WI, and simply just loves supporting Local Vet's in need with a hand up, not a hand out. It's pretty evident that Jeff has enough energy to power a field hospital, can make the room light up when the outlook needs it most and thrives on thinking outside of the box and working in DIVERSE teams to share the win's.
