It’s 2022, baby! The new year is a great time to look at your day-to-day and decide what’s working, what isn’t, and what could use a refresh. In this episode I’m giving you my tried and true process for resetting your routines. 5:00 Make a list of everything that’s weighing you down or making you feel “behind”
14:00 Forgive yourself for judging yourself for procrastinating, not doing “enough,” etc
16:00 Set an intention for how you want to feel as a result of creating your refreshed routines
17:15 Write down your current routine from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed
19:00 Identify what makes you feel good in your current routine so you can call in more of that
20:00 Next, write down your dream routine, what your day-to-day would look like in its most perfect form
23:45 Choose 1-3 things from your dream routine to start incorporating into your current routine
26:15 Make a plan and follow through
