Description

Larry Patterson, founder of Rainbow Movers never strives away from challenges. Embodying the meaning of tenacity and of detailed business intellect, Larry is truly a resemblance of the American Dream. Moving to New York City from Trinidad, Larry’s story is as inspiring as it is heartfelt. As soon as he set foot in New York City, Larry began to work for an on-call mover, and 15 years later has founded his own moving company, Rainbow Movers.

Scott and Larry have closely worked together many times, specifically in the Spring Clean Challenge - and this shines in their conversation in today’s episode. In honor of National Mental Health Week, this episode is all about mindfulness and managing your stress. Relax and listen in to an intimate conversation about something we all need: less stress.
