In this week's episode, we dig into our morning routines. Except, we don't really have traditional morning routines of journaling, meditating and working out.... nope...our routines and schedules may shock you. You don't actually have to get up at 4am to get 3 hours' worth of self-development in to start your day, nope, it's all a myth (unless that's really your jam, then go for it friends!). What you do need to do is find something that works FOR YOU, that you can be consistent with. That's it. Boring right?!
