This week’s episode is all about my trip to the Greater Boston Sports Collectors Convention at the Shriners Auditorium in Wilmington, Massachusetts. Being a long car ride from my home state of NJ, I decided to make a stop at Dugout Dreams to see my friend Sean. His store was awesome and offered a significant selection for hobbyists no matter the budget.
As my sights were turned to the show itself, my best advice to any show goer would be to get there early. You never know what deals you may miss, even if the booths aren’t yet set up. When you are making your first lap around the show, it is probably a good idea to find what peaks your interest and make a note of it. Regardless of budget, being methodical about your first lap could help you out with your handling of the entire show.
