Today we sit down with someone who accomplished this goal and has had a acting career that has soared over 40 years. Alison Quigan. You all might know her as the star of Shortland Street in the early 2000’s as she played Yvonne Jeffries, the receptionist. As well as this, in 2001 she received a Queens Service Medal for her work in the performing arts industry and is the current performing arts manager at Mangere Arts Centre.
