Episode backstory:


Had an awesome time hanging out & podcasting with Jared.


I started the day early at his 6:00AM class, getting crushed by some cardio circuits led by Jared.  Then we drove to the Fit Factory and I watched him crush the 22.1 open workout.  From there we refueled with some outstanding breakfast at the Farmer’s Daughter.  Next stop was the gun range, where we fired off some shots in the 20 degree weather at metal targets. Then we were ready to podcast.


Of note….after the podcast we both had Chipotle…which just so happened to give us the worst food poisoning of our lives… but that’s another story.


Bio:


Jared is a coach, a personal trainer/ coach, a Navy veteran and all around good dude.


From a fitness perspective Jared participates in CrossFit, and garage gym training. He has competed in various competitions including triathlons, ultramarathons and CrossFit competitions.

Jared will be swimming on June 12th to support the Navy SEAL Foundation.  The Boston Frogman swim is to honor their memory by swimming in the harbor to remember their sacrifice and help those in need.
