Description

Had a great time hanging out with and picking the brain of Ryne Sullivan. Ryne has been working over at Training Think Tank since 2017, and was one of the original athletes under Max back in 2013. Ryne grew up playing soccer & baseball, was competitive at the regionals level of CrossFit in 2013/2014, and just qualified for and finished the Boston Marathon. Ryne has an incredible breadth of knowledge when it comes to programming for all different types of athletes. I really enjoyed talking shop with Ryan on this podcast. Enjoy!
