Rise and shine, guys. Good morning Limitless Family! It is Wednesday. I woke up with the utmost gratitude. We have some absolutely incredible people in the next in the next couple months that are going to be interviewed on the Living Limitless Podcast and I cannot wait for you to hear their stories. It’s truly impactful from what they’ve overcame to what they are doing now, but this morning we’re going to talk about consistency and motivation.
So, consistency is showing up every day with a positive attitude no matter what is going on in your life. We can all be motivated to do something without a lot of effort. However, motivation is the short-term effort for a reward. Consistency, on the other hand, is not cheap or easy. So, with consistency, motivation gets you out there but shear tenacity and determination keeps you going.
Stay motivated. Most importantly, stay consistent. There are going to be days when you wake up and don’t feel like doing a damn thing. Those are the days that you dig deep and remember how far you have came. You keep going. You keep posting. You keep motivating. Your consistency will pay off.
