Darragh Holland
Darragh Holland owns 2 gyms, based in Cavan and Dundalk in Ireland.
Worked in a leisure center gym for 2 and a half years before opening my first gym in September 2011. Learned the ropes as I went along and have built it up over the years. Also opened another gym in 2014 but closed it in September 2018 for a variety of reasons. Opened Dundalk in January 2018 and it's been building nicely since. Married 3 years this Christmas and they have a 19-month-old son Jamie and baby number 2 due on the 1st of November.
He also plays Gaelic Football with my local club and coaches the U 7s team. Live my life off the 3 F's - Family, Fitness, Football in that order.
