Dr. Nicole serves as a spiritual counselor, holistic wellness coach, and trauma/ Recovery therapist. In a previous life, she was a fashion designer in NY.
Dr. Nicole currently owns an alternative health and wellness center called Naam AZ Center for Integrative Therapies where she teaches people how to take care of themselves mind, body, and spirit in order to create permanent healing in their lives. Her system of therapeutic meditation called T.H.R.I.V.E (Tools for Health, Resilience, immunity, Vitality, and Empowerment) combines therapeutic Breathwork, sound therapy, and dynamic repetitive movement and works on changing brain patterns and unwinding trauma so that self-sabotaging habits stop becoming roadblocks in moving forward with permanent healing.
She is an expert at facilitating the healing of old wounds, fears, and destructive habits so that clients can gain clarity and insight on their life’s direction and live to their highest potential. Her specialties are in the areas of stress/anxiety, depression, recovery, faith crisis, and lack of self-confidence.
She is currently working on the launch of her online education programs and courses based in the science of T.H.R.I.V.E. for particular ailments and conditions, targeting educators, therapists, and counselors to use it as a tool for their clients....AS well as high-level executives and anyone who deals with daily stress and challenges in their busy, high-energy life.
Dr. Nicole also owns a small retail company called Wrapped In Love AZ where she makes one-of-a-kind silk wrap pants for women.
She is also the founder/ Lead Therapist for "The Light Within Trauma and Spiritual Recovery", a THRIVE and Divine Spiritual Wisdom-based trauma, recovery, and therapy program.
