KPI is a Key Performance Indicator, the metrics used in your business to know where your estimated growth. Call volume vs calls booked. How many calls you have to make to book an appointment. Closing percentages. How many calls are you making and how many people do you close? Your churn rate, drop off of your current clients. Your retention rate. How many clients stay with you or resign?
