Happy Thursday, Limitless Family. We’re going to talk about my favorite subject, Limiting beliefs.

After doing some deep research, I’ve discovered there are five main limiting beliefs that we all have

within us. “I don’t have enough time.” “I don’t have the resources to be successful.” “I’m not someone

who follows through.” “I’m not good enough” and “I fear to be successful.”

These are all valid points if you have the evidence to support them. See, limiting beliefs are obstacles.

However, they will also present an opportunity to grow. And when you confront these beliefs with

clarity, honesty, and self-love, you will be able to break free and achieve your goals.

For a long time, I used each one of these as an excuse within myself that I could not accomplish the

goals I set out for myself. It wasn’t until I became clear in my vision, my mission, and my values as a

person that the breakthrough occurred.

I do have enough time but am I using it effectively towards my goals? I do have the resources but I ask

for help instead of trying to do things on my own. I am someone who follows through and if I want to be

successful I will make it a priority. I’m good enough and if people don’t see that, then they truly don’t

align with my values and I will be successful in all areas of my life.

The way in which you position yourself, the words of I will, I can, I am, I do, are so powerful. With

practice and self-reflections you can break down your limiting beliefs and reach a mindset of success.

You have the ability to achieve your goals and realize your greatest potential but first, you have to

believe.
