When it comes to being the most elite version of yourself, it starts with your body. Why is it that you look around and people truly don’t care? Well, a couple factors play into this.
Your social influence, the people around you matter. If your friends don’t focus on their health, their workouts, or do any physical activity, that will be in a direct result influencing your habits. See, consistency is key when it comes to achieving the physique you want. The easy way to do this is to follow the 80/20 rule. 80% of the time you’re focused on healthy options while 20% of the time you have some fun.
The problem is people focus 20% on healthy options while 80% goes towards unhealthy habits that build up over time. Start small and work your way up. Starting is the hardest part knowing where your concurrent position is, but what if you could rewire your mind to see where you’ll be in six months?
See, trajectory versus position. Remember this. You have one life, one body, and the opportunity to be better every day. Drink more water, create more movement, and make healthy choices.
