Happy Wednesday, Limitless Family! See, a lot of us are trying to move mountains when we should be focused on taking the next step. So, listening to James Clear recently being interviewed by Ed Mylette talks about being 1% better every day. Which, if you looked at it, that’s 37.8% better after 365 days. Now, let’s relate this to fitness and nutrition and your life.

When you wake up early and go to the gym once, you won’t see results. When you get done working out and eat healthy once, you won’t see results. But, as you compound these efforts together you start to see a change. When you perform these small habits, you are casting votes for a certain aspect of your identity. When you make your bed in the morning, you are embodying someone who keeps their room clean. As you build up these habits, you start to build proof of the identity you are becoming.

Start building healthy, habitual habits daily. You don’t have to go all in on working out six days a week. Let’s try three, then work your way up to four. When eating healthy, don’t eliminate all fast food, but take out one day, which will lead to two days, and three days.

When we start to create the ability to believe in the small changes, the big changes will come. You just need to start.
