After the delivery, he gave you a follow-up call, and you heard him speak about how long it takes you to charge the battery. The next day a faster battery charger is delivered straight to your door because they value customer satisfaction.

See, the way you stand out in front of people in your industry is based on three principles, exceptional service, exceptional product and willingness to outwork anyone. When you think about your business and what you can do, how can you go the extra mile? Can you send a personal video? Maybe a handwritten card congratulating them on taking the next step in your program or your product.
