Oh, the day everybody loves —Sunday. See, this day used to be used for bottomless mimosas and day fading. Who’s with me? So don’t get me wrong. That was a great time. And when you are operating a business, especially focusing on fitness and nutrition, you start to see Sundays a little differently.
See, my Sundays are not preparing for the week ahead. All morning podcasts recorded, sent in for editing. All morning posts, written and scheduled. All client plans created and onboarding calls scheduled. My gym, laundry, meal preps are ordered from Icon, recharge. That means time to decompress. Spend time with friends and family and doing something active.
I’ve learned that by doing this I save time and I can focus on much more during the week. This has helped me not only my business grow, but creating daily, healthy, habitual habits. I want you to take a look at your Sundays and see how you can prepare for the week ahead.
