Sundays. This day used to be used for bottomless Mimosas and day fading. Who’s with me?
Now don’t get me wrong. That was a great time, but, when you are operating a business, especially focused on health and nutrition, you start to see Sundays a little differently.
My Sundays are now being prepared for the week ahead.
- All of my morning podcasts were recorded and sent in for editing.
- All of my morning posts are written and scheduled.
- All client plans created and onboarding calls scheduled.
- My gym
- Laundry
- Meal preps ordered by Icon Meals for delivery the next day
- Recharge
This is time to decompress, spend time with friends, family, and do something active. I’ve learned that by doing this I save time and I can focus on much more during the week. This has helped me not only in my business, in my business to grow, but created daily healthy habits.
