People ask me “Clint, what changed in the last 90 days that made you lose 40lbs, Be happier, wake up with energy, and find that spark again?”
I’m going to break down the 5 steps for you that changed my life.
1. I brought God into my life in a big way and to me, it was not only knowing he is by my side but believing.
Matthew 19:26
With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible
2. I stopped making excuses for myself and started making myself a priority in my life
3. I started to go to the gym consistently with a structured plan for my goals thanks to Eduardo Gómez del Casal being in prep for his competition it made it super easy
4. I followed a structured meal plan that put me in a caloric deficit so that I knew my goal of losing 2-3lbs per week. Sure I lost some muscle but to be honest I’m happier now than I was jacked up.
5. I started 75 Hard which provided the discipline for me 53 days ago to eliminate alcohol, focus on learning, and 10k steps per day.
