72 hours
This is where I have been for the last 72 hours
Body Aches, Fever, Sweating out all the toxins in my body
In the last 72 hours, I had to reschedule 15 meetings, and 10 of those I could have changed someone's life
This brings up a good lesson learned in our lives in general
You are NEEDED no matter how small or big you think you are
Your kids need you
Your husband or wife needs you
Your employee's need you
Thankfully my immune system is operating at 100% and was able to get over this quite quickly
Think about that, if you were in my position would you have been able to recover?
This isn't to scare you but to really identify with yourself are doing everything in your power to be the most ELITE version of yourself
Are you focusing on eating healthy?
Are you focusing on getting exercise daily?
Are you focusing on taking the right supplements?
If you answered NO to these then you have some homework to do
