Waking Up

I wake up at 4am MOST days while on the weekends I sleep till 6am

Now UNDERSTAND this works for ME and doesn't have to be YOUR routine

Waking up for me at that time does a couple things that help my PRODUCTIVITY

  1. I have no DISTRACTIONS because NOBODY is UP
  2. My team is in AUSTRALIA where my 4am is there 6pm
  3. I'm on Competition Prep so being able to get my Pre Workout Meal timing and workout in before the day starts is imperative
  4. I WORK better in the morning (These are my POWER HOURS) Every client with Limitless Coaching finds their Chrono type with a quiz in their first week of Check Ins to find their hours of efficiency

Your success does not depend on what TIME you wake up

Your success depends on that TIME being used most EFFECTIVELY
