Although, in fairness to us, we did spend the first half of the episode discussing the humanitarian crisis in Peru caused by millions of refugees flooding in from Venezuela.
On the whole, this is probably our best and most interesting podcast to date.
One of the conclusion that we come to is that great chocolate, and great food in general, is truly a great bargain when you consider how much knowledge and expertise is required to make it.
