Glen Wright Colopy has always been on the go. In fact, as a kid his nickname was "Sport" because he was quick to get on his feet and get on the move. Glen's participated in his first race - the Houston Dino Dash - when he was just 2 years old. Running has been his passion  since he was in middle school at Cary Academy. That passion has carried him through state championships in high school, a Top 15 NCAA Varsity team in college at William & Mary, and competing internationally for Oxford University in the UK.   Glen shares his experience as a competitive runner, especially as he's gotten older. With time he has experienced natural physical changes and new priorities now that he's in graduate school. We all know that things change. But Glen is a perfect example that just because there is a change that doesn't mean we need to completely give up or passions. He is currently preparing to compete for Oxford at the BUCS Championship and the London Marathon.   You can get the full show notes here: http://afitandablelife.com/?p=1445  Download your FREE ebook 101 Healthy Living Tips: https://fitandable.leadpages.co/fit-able-life-101-tips/  Join our FaceBook page: https://www.facebook.com/FitandAble Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/FitandAbleInc  Learn about our Events and Teams: http://fitandable.net Follow our Podcast: http://afitandablelife.com
