This week we have a double interview with two of the best runners from the Triangle. We've seen them perform at the different levels of their careers and are very happy to hear about how they've achieved their level of running mastery and how they plan to keep running over the years. If you're looking for how you can maintain an activity you love for your entire life and keep at it when life changes, then here is some great advice for you.  Bobby Mack is from Winston-Salembut but ran for North Carolina State University '07, masters '09. While at NC State, Bobby earned All-American accolades in cross country and was later a graduate assistant coach from 2009-2010 and a volunteer coach for the past four years. Post college, Bobby won two USA National Championships for Cross Country and the 8K, securing professional sponsorship with Reebok, and has represented Team USA internationally on nine separate occasions.  Sandy Roberts is a Raleigh guy and was a multiple time state champion while at Broughton, even qualifying for Foot Locker Nationals twice. He ran for Georgetown University for undergrad and then came back to run for NC State University while in grad school. However, he has always maintained a loyal, die-hard, love affair with his childhood team, The University of the People (UNC). For Sandy, running and faith go hand in hand and is one of his continuing inspirations for his running.  You can get the full show notes here: http://afitandablelife.com/?p=1438  Download your FREE ebook 101 Healthy Living Tips: https://fitandable.leadpages.co/fit-able-life-101-tips/  Join our FaceBook page: https://www.facebook.com/FitandAble Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/FitandAbleInc  Learn about our Events and Teams: http://fitandable.net Follow our Podcast: http://afitandablelife.com
