For over 30 years, Robert has worked with individuals and organizations to empower and guide their growth and development. A seasoned facilitator and leadership coach ,Robert has delivered developmental experiences to thousands of individuals and teams across a variety of healthcare organizations. Robert has held strategic and executive HR roles inside organizations leading talent management, learning, organizational development, and cultural engagement functions. He delivers leadership and talent development programs, team building facilitation, culture measurement and development, and large-scale change management. This breadth of experience contributes to Robert’s ability to effectively coach leaders facing a variety of challenges .At his core, Robert believes that leadership excellence begins with self-awareness and flourishes through the cultivation and nurturing of strong relationships. He firmly holds that human connectedness is what takes the ordinary to the extraordinary. Robert and his wife Jane live in Nashville, TN and have three children and a son-in-law. Robert’s first job out of college was in outdoor education as an Instructor with theNorth Carolina Outward Bound School and he has maintained a love of outdoor adventure ever since!
