Anne-Marie Bonneau, also known as the Zero Waste Chef, is an advocate for reducing food waste and living a more sustainable lifestyle. She is renowned for her innovative and tasty recipes, as well as her blog and cookbook, "The Zero Waste Chef," which provides helpful tips and strategies for minimizing food waste in the kitchen. Mary Mackey is a plant-based nutritionist and educator who manages the blog "The Wholesome Vegan." She is committed to promoting a vegan lifestyle by offering nutritious, whole-food-based plant-based recipes, as well as education and tools to assist individuals in transitioning to a plant-based diet.
